As we head into 2025, I’d like to highlight five blogs that stood out as moments of interest, learning, and reflection in 2024:

The Rebel in Me

Back in September, I had the privilege of sitting down with Rich Roll on his podcast. Rich is an excellent interviewer, with a knack for asking the kind of thought-provoking questions that stick with you long after the conversation ends.

One of his questions caught me off guard — he asked about my relationship with my mother, Margaret Mackey. I rarely talk about my mother because our relationship was complicated, and I was much closer to my father. But Rich’s question led me to reflect on my mom and our relationship, where I discovered that in many ways, I have her to thank for my rebellious spirit.
